These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Auris, an independent third-party addon utility, and the website at https://addon-utility.csproject.org (the “Service”). By logging in with Discord, purchasing a addon period, or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. What Auris is
Auris is a third-party data-syncing, account-integration and manifest-generation utility for users who already possess their own active Apple Music account. Auris provides a software connection and a personal manifest URL for compatible player software.
Auris does not sell music, audio content, Apple Music access, or streaming subscriptions. Any music playback is performed through your own Apple Music account and is governed by your agreement with Apple.
2. Software license
Auris offers a 30-day addon period for a one-time addon access fee of ₹20 (INR) or $0.25 (USD), as displayed at checkout. The license covers addon access only. It does not include music content, Apple Music access, or any recurring streaming service. There is no automatic renewal.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must have a Discord account and a valid Apple ID with your own active Apple Music account.
- One Discord account maps to one Auris software account and one reserved addon slot.
- Access is personal. Do not share, resell, sublicense or publish your manifest URL, access token or Apple session.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account and manifest URL.
4. Apple Music and third-party services
Auris is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple Music and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Your use of Apple Music is governed by your own agreement with Apple. Apple may change its services, DRM, catalog or playback behaviour at any time, and some utility functions may stop working.
5. Apple credentials
When you link Apple Music, your Apple ID password is passed to the linking process through an anonymous in-memory file and is not written to disk. Apple tokens and the local Apple session needed to keep the utility working are stored on the server with restrictive permissions. You can request deletion by contacting support.
6. Payments
Payments are accepted by UPI QR, and crypto payments are available on request. The 30-day addon period price is shown at checkout. International card payments will hopefully be available soon. You are responsible for any currency conversion or network fees that apply. We do not receive or store your UPI PIN or bank credentials.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to infringe copyright or bypass Apple’s access controls.
- Do not attempt to access another user’s account, slot, token or session.
- Do not overload, probe, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or abusive activity.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance, restart utility processes, evict software cache or change features to protect the Service. The Service depends on Apple, Discord, payment providers and network providers, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The license does not renew automatically; access ends when the 30-day period expires.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auris is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of access, Apple-side changes, or amounts greater than the amount you paid for the affected 30-day addon period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time; access ends when your paid 30-day license expires.
