Support for the Auris addon utility
For account, license, payment, Apple linking or manifest issues, contact us by email or Discord. Include your Discord user ID and, for payment issues, the UPI transaction reference.
Typical reply within 24–48 hours. Include your Discord ID and payment ID where relevant.
Account and license
Most account actions are self-service after Discord login:
- Open my account — license validity, addon slot, Apple link and manifest.
- Login with Discord — start or resume a session.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy — eligibility and how to request.
Payment support
Payments are accepted by UPI QR. Scan the QR shown at checkout and pay the exact amount. We never receive or store your UPI PIN or bank credentials. Crypto payments are also accepted; contact us for the current address and network. International payments will hopefully be available soon.
Apple Music support
Apple account restrictions, Apple Music subscription status and Apple-side password/2FA issues must be resolved with Apple. Auris is an independent third-party utility and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
